What is Maison Privé?

Maison Privé is a discreet private society hosting intimate, carefully curated adult gatherings in luxurious private residences across the North of England (Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle and surrounding areas). We are not a club. Our evenings are small (usually 10–20 guests), consent-led, and held to the highest standards of respect, elegance and absolute discretion.

Who can attend?

Our gatherings are for discerning adults aged 18 and over. Each event is themed and may be open to couples, select singles, specific orientations, or particular interests (e.g. partner exchange, cross-dressing, BDSM exploration, ladies-only, mature 50+, etc.). Every guest is personally vetted.

How do I become a member?

Membership is by application only.

1. Complete the short application form on the Membership page.
2. We will send you a full membership application and a secure payment link.
3. Once approved, you receive confirmation and can apply for individual gatherings.

Membership grants the right to be considered for our events — it does not guarantee entry to any specific evening.

How much does membership cost?

• Individual Membership: £120 per year
• Couple Membership: £180 per year

Membership is valid for twelve months from the date of approval. Fees are non-refundable.

Does membership guarantee entry to events?

No. Spaces at each gathering are strictly limited and every guest remains subject to our standard application and personal vetting process for that specific evening. This protects the quality, balance and atmosphere of the room.

What kinds of gatherings do you host?

Examples include:

Dates, locations and remaining places are shared privately with members only.

Where are the events held?

All gatherings take place in elegant private homes and discreet residences across the North of England. Exact addresses are shared only with approved guests closer to the date.

How do you ensure safety and consent?

Safety is the foundation of everything we do.

Anyone who breaches consent or discretion is permanently excluded.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Absolute discretion is required of every guest. We never share your details with anyone, and all communication is handled with complete privacy. Guests are expected to uphold the same standard.

Can I come as a single?

Yes — certain events welcome select singles. Others are couples-only or restricted by theme/orientation. Membership allows you to apply for the gatherings that match your preferences.

What should I wear?

Dress codes are elegant and refined. Specific guidance is given for each gathering (e.g. glamorous for Enigma, sophisticated for mature evenings, etc.). Comfort, confidence and respect for the setting are key.

How do I find out about upcoming dates?

Members receive priority private notification of new dates and themes. Public pages only show selected examples; full details are shared discreetly with approved members.

What if I need to cancel?

Membership fees are non-refundable. Individual event places are limited and subject to our terms (shared during the application process for each gathering).
